Venting Sessions #2 (The “N” Word)

This is actually a very controversial topic that I am addressing, and it’s on the “n” word.

Alot of people aren’t really aware of what the “n” word actually means. And, how much hate, and disrespect follows after the word. Me, personally, I chose not to use the word, because it is offensive to me. I don’t appreciate anyone using it AT ALL!

It’s like people nowadays are just using the word like it’s nothing. When in reality it’s a harsh word, and really deragotory. I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to choose different words to use? I mean, is your vocabulary so poor that you have to use the same word at least for times to replace the ones you can’t pronounce or don’t know?

I mean, seriously there are over a million words in the English Dictionary that can better describe what it is that you’re trying to say than the “n” word…..And, the worst part about it, is that people know how much the word hurts, but continue to use the word anyways. It’s just showing how racist you really are especially when you know what you’re saying is inappropriate, and wrong.

It’s like me walking into your house and addressing your “Mexican” mother as “wetback”. Or, easily mistaking your “Filipino” aunt as a “Jap”. Even though I would never do that, you have to admit that you’d be angry and offended right? Right, so maybe if you took a little time out of your day to understand how we feel, then you’d understand that it’s degrading.

SO, PLEASE, CHOOSE DIFFERENT WORDING! SHOW PEOPLE THAT YOU’RE NOT RACIST, BECAUSE THAT’S THE LAST THING THAT THIS WORLD NEEDS……
